This mashup of #cardio and #upper #body strength workouts is meant to balance intensity and calories burnt. At the same time, this exercise would be able to #tone your body – which means your body will be firmer, with more definition and shape.
While this exercise lasts for only 10 #minutes, we would recommend you to attempt it for two to three times, making it a 20 – 30 minutes #workout. However, feel free to adjust the intensity and timing to suit your needs!
Please note that you will be doing alternating sets of each group of two exercises for a total of two sets per exercise. That means you will be doing the workout exercises in an ABAB format.
